Innoglance is looking for a talented graphic designer who can take concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and electronic media. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. The graphic designer should be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, and be able to find the right style and layout for every project.
Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
- Photography experience and proficiency with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop etc.
- Must have 1-2 years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with a marketing agency, e-commerce, beauty care products related online business.
- Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify and content management systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or any other discipline.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Probation Period: 6 months.
- Holiday: Weekly 2 days (Friday & Saturday).
- Office Hour: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.
- Lunch Facilities: Fully subsidize.
- Festival Bonus: 2 times yearly.
- Salary will be negotiable based on your skills & experience.
- Salary Increment: Tk. 5,000 yearly.
